In general, the experience is very excellent. Big room, complex scenario, vivid background....
The following are some suggestions:

The time can be longer.
The part with the laser is so difficult.
Some locks are hard to unlock even if the password is correct.

We played Annabelle, 4 of us, despite the recommended size of 6-8 but we decided to challenge ourselves! Hahaha we were so timid, I was afraid of getting a heart attack! There were definitely moments when I was terrified of performing the clues But if was shockingly fun and surprisingly I didn't get too scared! If you liked kung fu panda, this is one step up! There's so many secret places in this room. Even when you think there's no more clues in the room, peel open your eyes and feel with your fingers! There's so much more details in Annabelle than other xcape rooms! The staff also did a great job of immersing us into the game theme and storyline. Some other escape rooms just let you into the room and mumble some stuff and leave you to go. But I must admit xcape goes a level above other escape rooms to instill in you who you are and your mission!!!! Thanks guys for a very memorable experience that we all enjoyed!
