I have stay in many hotel but this hotel 81 Star Premier always make me feel welcome. The room is clean and comfy, Reception and Housekeeping staffs are friendly and helpful. I have been staying here since September last year and all the staff treated me like family as i am a mobilize person and always required an assistance, they always help me in my needs. All the staff are really helpful however i would like to highlight to this particular person ( Chin ) as he always assist me in many way even thou he already end his duty. Due to my mobilize condition Chin always help me to buy foods and boarding a cab, I Really appreciated his help.

Stayed here for 1 month during Covid. Tiny rooms are about 15 SQM but this property has been renovated and they are kept very clean with 24/7 housekeeping. The only problem is it's a bit noisy as its full of Indians and Malaysians some of whom like to stay up all night making a lot of noise but the staff quickly put an end to this every time i complained. Paid $54 Singapore dollars per night and the service was better than Somerset in Bencoolen street where i normally stay which costs 3 - 4 times as much and is twice the size.

Although it's situated at red light district however nothing to worry at all as you won't get bothered during the night time. Room was generally clean but a little small. Polite staff and free parking inside the hotel premise. Recommended to stay.
