I had a gift card, made a booking and sent her a pic of it. she couldnt see the gift code and cancelled my 'soft booking' as she refers to it, kept adding her own terms and conditions, giving excuses that it needs 1 day of verification to insert in the gift card vendor's portal otherwise she isn't paid, made a rebooking (for 2 weeks later), instead of confirming, she went ahead and just decided to initiate a a refund for me. FYI i checked with vendor of gift card company and there was no such need to enter code in any portal nor was 1 day needed to verify the code. Seems to me like she just wanted the slot for something else. till date no documentation from her about the refund.

Dear Ms Lydia,
Please accept our apologies again. We usually take in only 5 people in a batch and we do get completely booked sometimes, particularly on weekends.
We take small batches, to ensure that our customers get full attention. We apologies that we couldn't take your booking on such short notice. It is difficult to run a small business and ensure that both perfumers and clients are happy.
We have initiated the refund process. In fact we had initiated the very same day. You should received full amount in 2-3 days or so.

Staff are really really nice and professional, they offer help while giving you enough space and freedom to explore!

Attended this workshop with my boyfriend. Process of making a perfume is so much work, choosing preferred scent. Learning about the top notes, middle and base notes of a Perfume. Personally enjoyed this and we get to take back the 3 trial scent in a spray bottle and a 75ml bottle home each. Have check with the staff there, we are able to order again as long as we provide our formula and they will pre-mix it for us. Value for money, friendly staff too.

My daughter and I did this workshop, the girls were amazing and really knew their stuff. It's an eye opener to see and understand what goes into making perfume. I was surprised getting to know what my preferences for smells actually are. The top notes, middle notes and base notes completely different to perfumes i had been wearing all these years. You leave with 3 tester vial sprays and a 75ml of your new creation. I luv my new fragrance, I'm receiving comments everyday and the best part is no one else can have the same. Money well spent and certainly great value

I was given this as a gift. I was the only person in my workshop, but I actually think that was a positive, as I really focused on the experience. My host was very welcoming and helpful, and guided me through the 2-hour class.
It was really fun doing the personality test to make your first scent. The second two scents were refined based on further information and guidance from the host.
I got to take home a generous sized bottle of my favourite scent, plus the three sample bottles. The packaging was lovely and it felt special.
I got a park right out the front too.
I'd highly recommend this, either as a solo experience or as a small group. Really lovely.
