I stayed here for one night. I found the room small and the area not very nice. The streets were dark and not many eatery's around. The only good thing about the hotel was the closeness to the airport and the price.

Stayed here for 3 nights this week. The reception staff were helpful and the decor in the hotel and the room was great and modern. We requested a room on the side street and it was really quiet so would recommend asking for one! The only thing which stops me giving this place 5 stars is the room wasn't as clean as it could be- the toilet seat was dirty with black grime and there was mould around the sink. Just needs a bit of extra attention with the cleaning and would be perfect. In terms of the location it's not perfect but is only a 10 minute walk to Paya Lebar station and from there you can quickly get to most attractions for very cheap (about $2.50 for a single ticket) you can also buy a tourist pass but make sure you get this at the airport. We found it worked out cheaper for us to just buy singles each time with the attractions that we wanted to visit. Overall is good value hotel and would stay here again.

Recently stayed here for 3 nights and it was great for the price I paid. Location was amazing for experiencing the daily life of people who live in Singapore. Karu and Myu at the front desk were very friendly and helpful with any questions I had. Besides being very close to Geylang, there were lots of restaurants and shops nearby for you to enjoy. Excellent wifi in my room (Room 311) and Bed was very comfortable. Overall, this was a perfect hotel to stay at if you want to explore everyday life here in Singapore and I highly suggest it!

This is one of the better budget hotels I would consider whenever my partner stays in Singapore. Unfortunately reservations were always full and we could only book for a night when he was staying for two nights. Only twin beds were available for last minute booking and we settled for that.
Rooms were huge compared to other budget hotels, such as hotel 81.
Rooms were clean by budget hotels standard, but I find the floor to be a little sandy when walking bare footed.
Toilet was a little small, compared to the size of the room but no complains.
This hotel is definitely value for money.

reasonably good check in service as we got in very late after midnight, air conditioning in our room was very good in fact freezing.had to turn it down, we booked the highest floor window room facing back yard an OK view, as we were hear to shop and eat not to look out of windows hehehe....
excellent spot if you are into eating lots of terrific Malay, Indian, Chinese cuisines...foods that we grew up eating with. there are how ever western foods available....as super market near buy, kfc, burgers, if you miss that type of foods, as said we are here to eat Asian cuisines.... we will be back at this hotel for sure.. transport wise no dramas, taxi, buses, mrt, etc. we caught taxis though, every where we went...just a lot easier...
give it a shot, valve for your money, there is even a laundry mat in this hotel for guests only 8 dollars to wash and dry your clothes.
if you are picky, complain a lot then don't bother booking this hotel go stay some where else, accommodation in Singapore can be very expensive!!! just hope management do not raise they prices, as this is a very good hotel.... clean, good house keeping..

Room Tip: top floors with windows and ask room away from the streets as can be a little noisy.. not worry as it quieten down a bit at night
