Description: A small fine French restaurant set up by Paul Longworth, Jerome Desfonds & Au Petit Salut. Contempory approach to French cuisine with very personalised service. A well worked out and affordable wine list to completment the dining experience.

A disappointingly average experience for a very high price.

Standards seem to be slipping from the decor and the service. Food is good. 3 small slices of cheese for a cheese selection was quite disappointing though and dessert could have been better.

Table cloths not even on each table, some high and some low.

When pouring wine for the wine pairing they don't allow to taste first assuming that the diner will like what has been selected according to someone else's taste.

Perhaps picky but when paying these prices one is allowed to be.

In a city where restaurants need to be on top of their game in order to survive, I'm concerned that this, once perfect, restaurant will not survive.

Rhubarb Le Restaurant is a restaurant in Singapore serving French cuisine and wine. The restaurant is a joint venture between manager Jerome Desfonds and chef de cuisine Paul Longwort. My friends told me to go as it was Michelin star standard but not UK prices.
Really good food. French tend to be small portions but so good you are left wanting more or something else. I'm not a fan of French cuisine but there are exceptions.
Nice staff and the owner chatted with us , really nice people

We enjoyed our dishes and the use of rhubarb is unique. But for a Michelin star I expected a higher quality overall experience.

Ambience was a bit flat and dull. Food quality was good. Nice selection of wines. Pretty expensive. Many better options quite honestly

Nice 4 course menu with truffles, caviar and wagyu beef.
Very limited seats area. Recommend for business lunch.
