Regarding your feedback on the closure of the Poolside Café, you may like to know that an email circular was sent on 19 February 2023 to all guests informing them that a new poolside café operator will start its operations from April 2023 with a new and improved menu. We thank you for your kind understanding in this.
Our guests’ satisfaction is of utmost importance, and this is the reason for our continuous efforts to make further improvements with the ongoing refurbishment program. We will be reaching out to you for a coffee session so we can personally address and resolve your concerns.
