We stayed here for more than a year because our home was getting renovated. We loved the location but more importantly the excellent facilities and the exceptional warmth and service provided by their staff especially Fannie, Ee and Peter ensured that we never felt we were in want of anything. Every small need was immediately taken care of abd we would highly recommend this service apartment to anyone visiting singapore. Short term or long term stay!

Great Location, Spacious, Connect to the shopping mall & MRT.
They renovate both towers. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, and tourist attractions. Room is modern and remodeled. Recommended for family with kids. Staff is very helpful.

Great World Serviced Apartments Team
We have stayed in GWSA for a few times now and we always had a pleasant stay. The newly renovated unit is very nice. However, we had some issues with the AC while we were staying there and had to get the engineer to come a few times to get it fixed. Even then, the AC was not completely fixed. We had issue with the AC machine being very noisy and then it also dripped a lot of water. It would have been better if the AC was also replaced during the renovation.

We lived at Great World Serviced Apartments for over 5 years this time around, and 3 years during a previous stint in Singapore. The staff and team are great and extremely friendly and helpful; the apartments themselves were outdated but recently renovated which is now, better. Would recommend trying the place out if we need to stay for a few weeks or more.
