I had an appointment to this spa last sunday. They have given a reminder that the appointment is on sunday via sms, but when i reached the spa at 4 pm, the receptionist was busy attending to a customer. Then i waited for her to call the therapist. 10 minutes later, she asked me, whether i have an appointment, i said yes. Then she went back to search for the schedule. Another customer came in and she attend to this customer for 13 minutes before she came back to me saying that she is sorry that i dont have the appointment on that day. I showed her the sms, and she said she is sorry. No offer to rectify the situation. Just saying that the schedule for that day is full. And doesnt offer alternative schedule for the next appointment. I asked for a refund and she said she cant do it. Offered an empty offer for an additional session. She said she is going to call me for this extra session, till now, monday 17th july, she is still not contacting me. Despite the good service before, i am very very displeased with their treatment. Its an attitude where they are not really appreciating the business that i bring to them. Maybe they have too much customers.
