I dined at Jade last week for lunch and was greeted warmly by Alson,Yvonne,Penny and Sally.

Ordered Baked Alaskan Cod Fillet with Premium Soy and Honey Sauce served with Housemade Pickled Cabbage and Sautéed Diced Chicken and Cashew Nuts with Dried Chilli and Vinaigrette. Both dishes were really delicious and up to quality - baked and cooked to perfection.

Alson also came by a few times to ask for the feedback on the food and ensure I was well taken care of. I enjoyed myself very much throughout the meal.
Will definitely be back again.

I had fall in love with it’s ambience after entering the restaurant. Everything is good except the food portion serving for Deep-Fried Crab Shell stuffed with Fresh Sri Lankan Crab Meat（炸酿鲜蟹盖) is very small and another problem of the substandard service attitude the waitress and cashier provide inside grand hotel’s restaurant. However, both Miss Joppy and Penny had apologised. To me, I personally feel that Deep-fried Stuffed Crab Meat in Shell should be less than $25/per person because it is featuring a combination of cheese and onion shreds as fillers with a little of sweet crab meat. It is best enjoyed while hot with a friend, but mine was being served at normal room temperature on that day. For me, no hope left after checking my Chope dollars were not being awarded after sending e-mail on 26 October 2019 10.25 a.m. unless there is a service recovery from the higher management of Fullerton.

We had our lunch at jade restaurant. Ambience was great and service was great. Kudos to Yvonne and Joppy who was serving us. They were very attentive to our needs. We enjoyed the Dim Sum lunch Set especially the steam dumpling.

We ordered a set menu. Foods are just fine.
You may like to have alacarte if you are here with your family.

Came for Yamcha lunch. Interesting variety of food options ranging from bird's nest soup, lobster porridge to their own creation of dumplings. Impressed by the service. We were celebrating a birthday and they had a cake and photo service.
