The food and the service are absolutely outstanding. Peking Duck is exceptional as is the Chicken and Cashew. The staff are so helpful and special mention of Alan

We came here for the CNY eve and Yusheng to welcome the 2024 Year of the dragon. I had a great time from start to finish.

1. Booking the place

Prior to this day, Vanessa, who was very attentive to our specific limitations ( we cannot eat pork) was efficient and the whole thing was just unbelievably accommodating and organised. Normally for dietary needs, restaurants only give you a nod and say they will avoid the food you cant eat...but they took it farther by sending the menu for our approval and review within 24 hours of raising the question if they could accommodate. That is a gold standard service in my opinion.

2. Yu Sheng ( prosperity toss salad)

We had a very nice and accommodating wait staff ( sadly i didnt get his name) who explained to us what we are looking at and gave us the guidance. Even if i am very familiar about how to do this , i really appreciate that they stick their best practice to explain. My mom is not chinese so that was really helpful for her.

3. Food

The food was great, i must say classic cantonese. The birdsnest with truffle was amazing! Easily the best birds nest i have ever eaten. The portions were good ( not too little and not too much) and more than enough to satisfy.

4. Ambiance of the place x Interior

The iconic ceiling lamps make up a great atmosphere. I liked how simple it was yet had nice statement pieces. The seats were also comfortable.

5. Staff overall

Throughout the dining experience, there were two who were really attentive and made this a more fun and enjoyable experience.

6. Overall feedback

I will make sure i'd be back next year for the cny eve. It was a lovely experience.i am not sure why i had a different experience from others who wrote a bad review, but perhaps ... we got very lucky... so Jade Fullerton has these wonderful waitstaff members to thank for.

60th birthday celebration dinner. The restaurant is very bright and airy with light décor and high ceilings. The crockery was beautiful and something I'd love to own myself. The restaurant, although busy did lack a bit of atmosphere on our visit and whilst the wait staff were polite there was a lack of warmth/friendliness that we would have expected. We opted for Chef Leongs all star menu which was very enjoyable. The chocolate sauce with the beef was excellent but one of the pieces of beef had gristle that made made it difficult to eat. The lobster and truffle sauce was also delicious and each of the courses were nicely presented. The portion sizes are perfect for the type of meal and with desserts and biscuits to end the meal we didn't leave feeling hungry.

Disappointing experience. Service was poor with the main course being served at a different time from the other main course. Had trouble communication in English, maybe that is why they got one of the orders completely wrong. The Peking Duck was good, but the other items were average. It seemed that they paid attention to tables of 6 or more. Not worth the money and will not go back.
