We went specifically to the Town restaurant for lunch, food wise was on par with all other hotel - Colony, the line etc. It was the service that made all the difference, the supervisor Raymond, made all the difference service was on point, responsive, very very helpful.

We dined at Jade restaurant and the service and food was exceedingly well.Ms Chang, whom we believed is a supervisor wearing a green top, stands out from the rest with her extra mile service, alertness and personal touch. When my younger son dropped his dessert, she quickly got it replaced and automatically split it into 2 portions without being asked as I have 2 boys. Also presented a tasty plate of cookies on an exquisite plate with goldfish design which we find interesting.
Food was really beyond our expectation too!Look forward to trying the dim sum there the next time around

Ms Chang, whom I think is the supervisor in a green top, display professionalism and handle the ground exceedingly well. Appreciate her extra mile service by replacing the toppled dessert my son dropped and automatically separate into 2 portion without having to request for it.Also appreciate the wonderful surprise plate of cookies on an exquisite goldfish plate. Food was really tasty and we had a good dining experience

The staff at the Town Restaurant were so amazingly helpful, polite and friendly. Of course the food selection was incredible. My special dietary needs were catered for.

It's our first time having dim sum at the Jade and we were very impressed by both the flavour and presentation. The bak kut teh xiao long bao was an interesting innovative take on the iconic dim sum, infusing with local cuisine. The fried dumpling was also artfully displayed which captured my kids' attention. We had some rice dumplings to go and these were prepared with the same high standards and stored in a beautiful jade green and rosy pink carrier. Jade is definitely the place for exquisite dining experience.
