Amazing Cantonese cuisine! Truly second to none, food and service is exquisite. We had a fabulous time.. dim sum, fish and pork dishes were exceptionally good

Totally overrated restaurant we have visited in Singapore so far, the Jade restaurant. we were served by a female server, (Sook Peng?) We ordered the Blessing Set Menu, we just felt that the food kept coming without gap, and the quality of food was just fair. Most of our food is not finished and the next course was being served. The pork dish was place up there while our soup is still half. We did mentioned we are still having our soup, when she asked for clearing before the pork dish served. The female served was pushing the trolley along the walkway clearing the soiled table, which is unbelievable to have this scene in a luxury hotel.

Attended the wedding solemnisation of Janus & Eva on Thurs, 25 July 2024 at Jade restaurant. The food was excellent and very very delicious! Ingredients used were generous & of high quality especially the Seafood Broth. It came piping hot and had the best combination of ingredients.
Our family was truly impressed.
Alan, the restaurant manager & his team were awesome! Kudos to Chef & Team !

We went specifically to the Town restaurant for lunch, food wise was on par with all other hotel - Colony, the line etc. It was the service that made all the difference, the supervisor Raymond, made all the difference service was on point, responsive, very very helpful.

We dined at Jade restaurant and the service and food was exceedingly well.Ms Chang, whom we believed is a supervisor wearing a green top, stands out from the rest with her extra mile service, alertness and personal touch. When my younger son dropped his dessert, she quickly got it replaced and automatically split it into 2 portions without being asked as I have 2 boys. Also presented a tasty plate of cookies on an exquisite plate with goldfish design which we find interesting.
Food was really beyond our expectation too!Look forward to trying the dim sum there the next time around
