rdered the cappuccino and a Black Forrest cake. Both tasted great. Coffee used.was the illy brand which I like. Black forrest was tasty but expensive for the size. Service staff was very responsive and helped us in our selection. Will go back again for another dessert.

We bought 3 buns to take away. They cost me $9.90 in total. So, it does verge on the expensive. But the buns were different and quite delicious. I feel the buns here are more worth it than at other high end bakeries where they churn out offerings that are not so different from the more economical bakeries but yet cost an arm and a leg. So yes, if you feel like splurging on a bun, do it!

Probably, it would be more worthwhile if you were having your tea there. That is, get a bun for $3.30 and a coffee for $6. It is a pleasant place, whether you are by yourself or with a friend.

They supply their cakes to Umi Vino next door. We had lunch there first, their lunch special, and had walked over to buy some buns and recognized the cakes we had for dessert at Umi Vino. Our opinion: their chocolate cake (very nice), tiramisu (so so) and strawberry shortcake (nice).

As a self confessed coffee snob, how wonderful to dicover this hidden treasure in Marina Square. I have been here on a previous trip and I was hoping the standard of food and coffee hadn't dropped. It hasn't. Beautifully presented and yummy sweet and savoury items to enjoy with a well made coffee by the charming Filo lady Maria. Highly highly recommend this cafe to any travelers from Perth or Freo or WA. Top marks and seriously can't wait to get back there. Nice and peaceful too without the hustle and bustle of most cafes in Singapore.

One of the best chocolate cake in town.
This is their specialty that uses fine valrhona chocolate. Crispy base makes it very special!

Fruits especially the strawberries that they used might be from Japan because they were so sweet and juicy.

Although it's a bit expensive. But worthwhile due to the ingredients.

Good coffee and very delicious cakes; assumption made from the Valrhona Chocolate Cake I tasted. Although the location of the cafe is just outside the supermarket (Emporium Shokuhin), it is suitable for a relaxing time with friends or to chill with a book.
