Description: Tucked in a cosy corner in Singapore's bustling Orchard district, Victor's Kitchen serves exquisite Hong Kong-style dimsum in a friendly kopitiam setting. Our chief chef, a Hong Kong transplant, moved to Singapore over 30 years ago with the intention of bringing authentic dimsum to our shores. He was previously a chef in Victoria Hotel, a five-star hotel in Hong Kong. Over the years, he has carefully incorporated his award-winning recipes in our wide variety of menu options, which have been taste-tested and consistently endorsed by our regular customers, magazine reviewers, and even local celebrities. Our motto is to continue to serve quality, delicious dimsum at affordable prices, giving you a taste of Hong Kong at your doorstep. At Victor's Kitchen, we persistently work to improve our recipes, and we are constantly evolving with our customers' tastes. Come visit us today!

You can enjoy authentic Hong Kong style milk tea and Dim Sum. The price was ok for the taste you get. Starting price $5plus but with no GST and service charge. You may find cheaper Dim Sum but after GST and Service charge added overall will be almost the same or you can go to those at coffee shop but taste will not be as nice. Over here they all dim sum are still hand made and only steam after you order so you might need to wait for your food to be served unlike now a lot places although price might be a be cheaper but it’s all machine made and steam in advance which the taste will not be as nice as hand made and freshly steam kind.

Rustic dim sum at a bit of a worn out restaurant.

The basics were right, but with some hit n miss dishes. The har gau and siu mai, were good. But the misses like the cheung fun and fried bean curd were an expensive mistake.

Not cheap, but if you go for the right dim sum, it’ll be a fulfilling visit.

Victor’s Kitchen Bencoolen: This has become one of Singapore’s dim sum Institution in an era where hand made dim sum is rare. Hole in the wall, run down, cramped but still attracting hordes of regulars and foreign expats. Prices aren’t that cheap for the ambience and you get the hallmark rude, gruff auntie service who I barely understand when they raise their voices. Milk tea is a must. It sits in a bowl of ice and is extremely thick. #eatstylishtravelstylish

I love the old school feel of this place. Makes me nostalgic of the 'Cha Chan Teng' found in the streets of HKG. The Dim Sum here boasts the same quality standards and authenticity of HKG restaurants. Especially their BOLO Paos

This small local eatery serves Hongkong style Tim sum...Overall, the food tasted pretty fine but the price is considered on the high side like eating in a Chinese restaurant. You have to order and pay cash at the counter before the food is being served. No much service on the wait staff. Decent Tim sim to try it out.
