Visited this evening after checking out reviews on here
Most of menu is based on price per 100g weight which is something I've not done before having said that we all opted for pulled pork or brisket sandwiches. Both prices around the 18 dollar mark but doesn't come with anything else, so fries and Mac n cheese pushed price up further. All had free flow soft drinks. Flavours of food were great and nothing was left
2 of us had dessert which tasted lovely
Overall great tasting food & good service

Hidden in the high end restaurant enclave of Robertson Quay is a nondescript blink-and-you-will-miss-it corner eatery specialising in barbequed meats. I had the pull pork, ribs and coleslaw. None of the 3 items could be faulted. While pulled pork is usually stringy and dry, it is moist here. The ribs were fall off the bone tender. And the coleslaw, with its generous use of pepper, had a spicy kick. The server was also helpful and informative. But it can get pricey, despite the simple set-up. They charge the meats by the weight and my meal, even with a 20% discount (and after taxes), came up to $26. So yes, the food is tasty and the ambience seems unpretentious but the price seems a bit incongruent. Then again, it is Robertson Quay.

Tucked away in Robertson Quay, I was taken by my American Friend and introduced to great BBQ. I really enjoyed ever mouthful. It was like being transported to USA for me. Very relaxed a great way to chill out sip a beer (lots of great beers to choose from) chat and enjoy a few moments in Singapore

Half my meat was fat! When I mentioned it she told me I should have ordered lean cuts. It was not offered & is not on the menue. Bad enough to get BBQ that a Texan would be ashamed of but to be rude & go back to playing on her phone. Pass this place, even Arbys is better.

Great place to have barbecue. Across the street from the hotel. Clean and service is good. Good choices of beer and did not take a long time.
