Stayed in this hotel for 4 nights for business. Room was big but carpet was stained and in bad shape. The whole room looked old. The hotel is well located but in a very busy corner and you can hear everything - not sure if its hotel's fault or not - maybe more insulation? Anyway, very noisy and not so comfy. Breakfast was not the best and almost everyday they had an event downstairs - so if you enjoy quite breakfasts...not going to happen. So, going back to Chile soon but not staying here, I don't think is good for business travelers.

Room Tip: Top floor is a must.

This was a good surprise. The room was huge and had three double beds. The location was excelent, near the subway, restaurants and stores. Breakfast was included and was very good. They advertised as having indor pool, but it is inside the gym and if there is a class going on, you cannot go in. After 6 PM there is no maintenence, and ig something does not work in the room you will have to wait till the next day. Staff was friendly and helpfull.

The hotel is Ok, the rooms are confortable, new Led Tvs, small fridge. All the public places have been remodeled, maybe next step is to remodulate the inside of the bathrooms and rooms. The bes is very confortable, and the sheets are good quality.
The breakfast is very good. I would only ask them to ad EXPRESO coffee.
The service is very good.

Room Tip: Higher floors are have mor sun light

The hotel needs an update. The rooms are OK but dated, especially the bathroom. I had a large room with all comfort but it was clearly some years old, the bathroom at least 20-30 years (at least it looked that way). The bd was very comfortble, though, and the room was clean.
Check-in and service friendly, breakfast OK but not breathtaking.
For the money they charge a bit disappointing.

The hotel was OK, not brilliant, but when we ordered a taxi it took ages to come and the driver did some sort of deal with the hotel staff with the net result that the meter did not operate and we paid about three times the proper price for the journey we did. After that, we just called a taxi on the street and had no problems.
