I arrived at 2am due to delays on pass from Argentina and Sebastien thought I was a no show. He got up and greeted me as if it was mid afternoon. The service was unbelievable. I have no Spanish and Sebastien only has limited English but it was plenty to make sure my 3 nights were superb. I was very cold so he gave me a heater and extra blankets to make sure I was comfortable. All the old town attractions are within walking distance and he gave me maps, suggestions for areas for dinner etc. Then I had a late flight to the states but he was more than happy to leave me the keys for a 9.30pm pickup. He is a fabulous host in every respect. Thanks for making my time in Santiago great and for all your recommendations and maps and metro card. Your service is better than in a 5 star hotel!!

Modest accommodations for couples or single persons. This Bed and Breakfast is located in the on city center, half mile from most of the central city attraction like the Cerro Santa Lucia, Bella Vista, La Moneda between others. For the price it is a good choice! And they have cats.

Place was dark and dingy, and smelt of strong cleaner. Decided not to stay here even though we had booked in advance. Instead, we ended up at Hotel Vegas, which was 200ft away, and was a 3 star hotel with slightly higher prices.
The gentleman running the place (Sebastian?) was very nice about it, but did insist on one nights payment.
