Our tour bus stopped some 300 metres from this lookout and we walked downhill along a narrow street, past a funicular, National Maritime Museum, houses with the usual graffiti, dog poop on the sidewalk and roadway and then we arrived. Great views of the port area, the cranes, the container stacks, the ships, the cruise liner, the roof-tops. And then I turned to my left and there they were - the stalls; all opened and waiting for the tourists. We were the second bus. The small promenade of stalls was clean with nice shady trees.Took some photos, purchased a soda and meandered uphill back to the bus. Half an hour and there were so many other landmarks ignored for this stop. Might be ok to stop if passing, BUT a special trip here.!!!
