Amazing boutique hotel not far from the center of everything cool in Cusco. Very hip and swanky without being pretentious. There is oxygen available for those in need of adjustment to the altitude. The rooms are well appointed and the Purple Haze suite is beyond cool, splurge it's worth it. Excellent staff and management.

Made me paid in cash. Later to find that they where charging twice the rate. Resection personal was looking to charge for amenities and they weren't consistent in the price. Mayor rip off. Dripping throw the roof. Wake up every morning at 6:00am at the sound of church bells.

Always trying to get more money out of you, service was horrible, always blaming you for their problems such as a water drip through the roof. Woke up EVERY DAY at 6am thanks to bells and fireworks near by. Also could hear any guest passing through, specially during the night. Additionally, little to no wifi, even in their common areas. The hotel is pretty but not worth it.

This was a great place to stay. Clean and comfortable but loud and in need of some renovation.

December / January is the rainy season in Peru, and also a popular time for tourists. Storms are prone to hit suddenly and with force, so one would expect water proofing in the enclosed courtyard dining area would be a priority. We had to be relocated to avoid the numerous areas leaking water onto the dining tables/floor.

The only window to our room opened onto the courtyard walkway which is very loud with the early/late staff and customer foot traffic. Unfortunately the only window also allows direct access to the room and is latched only with a small drop bolt.

Staff are very friendly and accommodating and allowed us to store our bags for 2 days when we went off on the train to Ollantaytambo and Machu Picchu which was very helpful as the train has a weight limit per person.

A great place, close to sites, restaurants and the main plaza.

This was our second stay in Cusco. The hotel doesn't look much from the outside but inside it is charming and slightly quirky with a very pretty courtyard and a pleasant bar serving great pisco sours. The hotel is close to the centre - 5 minutes from Plaza de Armas. The rooms were comfortable. The courtyard and bar were a little chilly in the evening but when they lit a fire in the bar things warmed up. The staff were charming and very helpful, particularly Denis who spent ages trying to sort out our flight to Juliaca. Highly recommended.
