Visited in May 21 and ordered the full "Space Bang" menu with pairing.
Food is fine on the creative side although it lacks seasoning to my french taste and my wife's : the chef would be well inspired to review that matter as teh tasets are not straightforward enough. Too much is put on the plate design while the tastes are not sharp enough, although once again quite good, there's still some way to go to be worthwhile a Michelin star.
Although they try to impress with their wine llst, the main problem is that the food pairing mixes wines and cocktails. I'm not a fan of mixing alcohols : wIne pairing should be proposed in such a restaurant.
Ther are too few wines by the glass proposed, even though bottles are not that expensive and the list is fine (Wine hippies for instance), we would have liked to be able to taste different bulgarian wines white and reds and buying bottles each time is become quite hefty for a couple... made impossible with the whimsical "pairing" mixing margaritas, or beetroot juice with wines.
All in all good but slightly disappointed with taste and more upset with the way wines are (not) proposed.
