After long time being closed, we found the Artist in the new location on Calea Victoriei. They are (re)open since some month but was not easy to get a table, tried twice and was busy for the same day.
(Almost) everything was perfect, the service, advice and especially food was remarcable for all 4 of us.
Don't want to advice for a certaign dish as we tried many and all was good or better, in look and taste.
The surprize was price, we expected to be higher for the quality, but was really fair.
Don't get me wrong, a two course dinner, with wine and non-alcoholic drinks for drivers + some sweets was ~100 EUR for four, so in the high range in Bucharest but comparing with other places we felt a very good price/quality.
As "nobody is perfect", wine was not raising to the restaurant standard.
First we received wine by the glass which was just ... bad.
When we returned it, were recommended Liliac, a good wine but not fully fit with food.
As final advice, parking in impossible near restaurant. Come by taxi or, if really want to drive then park your car in Piata Victoriei (5-7 Min walk) or try one of the small streets on the right side of boulevard before restaurant.
You will like the Artist and we will return !
Thank you for such a nice place in Bucharest.
