Since we got there we saw and feel the welcoming from security people and people at the front desk and specifically Juan Carlos who brought our suitcases to the rooms. Room service was great. It was a great experience.

There is a new night club that opened across the street. Loud music until late at night is an issue. Request an even numbered room which is on the other side of the hotel and it is not an issue. Otherwise no complaints. I have stayed here many times..

Very nice business category hotel with a beautiful view of the local volcano (on one side of hotel). Dining on the veranda is quite lovely plus it is an easy (and safe) walk via over street bridge to a number of dining establishments in the World Trade Center. The staff in the hotel is friendly and helpful.

The Crowne Plaza in San Salvador is wonderful. Our group of 8 has been staying here for 4 years. Our most recent reservation, made in December, was incorrect upon our arrival. They made things acceptable to our party. We have always been welcomed by the concierge, Roberta Medina. He checks on us multiple times during his shifts to ensure we are being taken care of. We look forward to our stays and Roberto Medina.
