I am not satisfied this hotel, this is 3 star, not 4 star! Corridor looks like a hospital, and the room too. That was the worts hotel in our Central-America tour. If you get a backyard room like me, you cannot see through the window just a very tall fence. And the bathroom needed more clean.
I like El Salvador country and city too, there are a lot of sightseeing, for example Iglesia el Rosaro temple or the city landscape but if you want to stay in this hotel you ask for a room with a view of garden and check the cleanliness before you sleep.
But write some positive thing, good location to discover the city!

Agradezco por el comentario que comparte , con gusto externamos que nuestros equipo de ama de llaves ha reforzado los procedimientos de limpieza especificamente en el área del baño , de igual forma le externamos que contamos con proveedores certificados para los químicos utilizados para la limpieza de habitaciones en general .
Nos complace que visitara la iglesia El Rosario un icono arquitectónico en nuestro país así como la ubicación de nuestro hotel convenientemente ubicado cerca de torre futura .

We walked across the road for dinner after a long days travel. There was a birthday party going on in the next room. We ordered dinner and drinks. After30 mins. They got our order very wrong. I ordered garlic mushrooms . My husband ordered steak. His came correctly but they brought me garlic prawns which were 10 dollars more. Although they said sorry we paid for the drinks as nd walked out. Not good for a 4 star hotel.

Mirador is a great place to stay. The views of the mountain are spectacular and the grounds are very well maintained. The staff are very friendly and concerned about the wellfare of their guests. i highly recommend it as a quality place to stay.

I do not recommend this hotel in San Salvador. I would try different hotel options. I raised the above with front desk during the first day and haven’t got my shower fixed, hair drier was not working and cleaning was very poor.

Nice Hotel..hospitality team is great and offer clean rooms...Great friendly front desk staff...Nice breakfast and nice servers.
Two things they can improve on:
- Internet freezes often...needs stable internet
- Need to have some English channels on the TV
Rest all is Good.
