I took several clients to this hotel in Las Colinas, and it is very clean and quiet place . I would recommend it to people who wants to be close to Managua , but in a very peaceful place. If you have shopping to do in Managua, this a great place to stay because it's near all the shopping centers
This quaint boutique is beyond incredible with charm and elegance. There is local art in every corner and beautiful wood furniture and lounging areas throughout. We stayed in room 6 which is very large with a king size bed. Bedding is comfortable and room has air conditioning but no mini fridge. The room was also very clean. The staff was accommodating and even though their English is limited they try very hard to communicate. We had a lovely dinner made for us that was chicken with some vegetables and ice cream for dessert. There was also the option of a beef dinner or fish. When we first arrived we tried to find a restaurant to walk to. This hotel is located in a residential neighbourhood and there is only an Asian food restaurant across the street and it’s not open Monday’s. So we went back to the hotel and ordered a pizza for delivery. The only one complaint we had was the neighbouring house on the side where our room was located has a little dog that barks non stop when it’s outside. We woke early in the morning because of its annoying constant barking. Other than that this hotel is beautiful, peaceful, clean and very enjoyable. I would have given it 5 stars if it weren’t for the dog.
Hotel Villa Maya gave me a great experience. I've traveled throughout Central America and cannot name another hotel that provided me with the comforts of a major hotel at such a reasonable price. Great service, comfortable rooms, elegant yet casual setting-all this and more made the experience a memorable one. This is my hotel in Managua. At that price, there's really no competition.

Villa Maya is a quiet and peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of Managua.
The gardens and pool are refreshing. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. There is lots of privacy. This is better than a hotel as it feels much more relaxed and comfortable. Thank you!!
This hotel is absolutely lovely! It is an old home/casa/villa that has been very well kept up. The garden in back with the pool is just wonderful! The grounds are immaculate, and it is safe behind a locking gate with high walls, but in a lovely high end neighborhood, just far enough away from the hustle and bustle and grittiness of downtown Managua. Our room was great, very clean and spacious, bed was very comfortable and I slept like a rock both nights we were there. Delicious breakfast, very kind and attentive staff. Awesome place to stay!
