The Hyatt Place in Managua is a basic hotel but with everything you need to have a good time. It is not very close to the city center and even less close to the airport, which makes it a hotel more for work than tourism. The Galerías Santo Domingo shopping center is across the street, which is quite convenient if you want to shop.

All reviews santo domingo shopping mall included breakfast is movie theater great hotel nice mall excellent location the entire staff enjoyed my stay rooms are spacious hotel room would definitely stay here again taxi service galerias gallery gym airport

This place is fantastic! The service is excellent- all the staff are super helpful and friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean and the beds are very comfortable. The restaurant is also great - food is very fresh and good menu options. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Hotel in a great location right opposite the shopping centre. Stayed here last year and really liked it, this year things have declined and hotel is looking a bit tatty. Breakfast was still good and the service in the hotel was excellent! Restaurant service was a little slow and we had to wait for dinner for a long time. There was a party going on and noise travelled right to our room which was annoying. Rooms are spacious, and all amenities nice. Pool area not so good. I will stay again!
Room tip: Try to stay on higher floors if there are events going on

Good experience. The included breakfast was the highlight of the stay. They had everything. The location is right next to a mall. The food at the hotel was surprising good.
The pool area was clean and quiet. A nice place to hang out.
The staff was amazing. Super friendly and happy to accommodate any request. Both check in and check out was quick and painless.
We used a hotel taxi to take a 4 hour tour of Managua. The cost was $60. The tour was perfect for us. We saw everything we wanted to see including a market and the malecon.
The only downside is that other than the mall there is nowhere close by to walk to.
