Absolutely outstanding hotel perfectly located and beautiful decoration . Helpful, friendly staff (Edward) who go above and beyond to make sure you have the best time. It was my birthday during our stay, which we had not mentioned, It was a lovely surprise ! Also an excellent breakfast buffet with Covid restrictions and protocols. We will definitely come back and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed in the business Room with City View and complimentary wifi and breakfast for 3 nights. The room was clean, spacious and came with a comfortable King sized bed. Bathroom was spacious and came with the required amenities and a rain shower. View from the room wasn't too bad. Can see the other high Rise building.

Breakfast was great and service of staff was excellent. No issue with WiFi as well. The location was excellent as it was right next to a small mall and close to minimart. There's a coffee bean & tea leaf next door too. More malls and restaurants are also within easy waking distance.

Overall, value for money. Highly recommended.

The hotel was modern and comfortable and within walking distance to the "Multiplaza" shopping mall including restaurants and a grocery store. My wife had a procedure at Punta Pacifica Hospital which was a short taxi ride away (or a bit longer walk).

Breakfast was included. The breakfast buffet was "acceptable" but was not exceptional. Fewer options than other buffets I've seen - no eggs made "to order", just precooked scrambled eggs or an option for boiled eggs. Alternated bacon or sausage each day. A rice dish each day but not gallo pinto - usually with meat and a sauce that seemed more like a lunch or dinner dish. Fresh fruits were good.

Meals for dinner at the hotel were good. There are a few small restaurants behind the hotel, just up the hill, that were good (good tacos and burgers, Chinese was so-so).

I recommend to close the lid to the toilet when flushing - flush was so powerful it sometimes splashed out of the bowl with the lid open!

Staff spoke English and was helpful.
