The hotel is absolutely beautiful with a great view of the city! Location is central. The breakfast was everything!!! I definitely recommend. The hotel price was also very reasonable. Love my city Panama!!!More

Hotel is overall in "decent" shape. For it being a newish hotel it is poorly finished, service is not great. Welcome cocktails are just orange juice with red syrup. Room for 2 only 1 water bottle and 1 coffee bag.

What catches our attention is the welcome and attention they give you, in this place we recommend that you visit it since on the ground floor in the area of Conseje you find all the necessary information of what to do, where to eat, in Panama you They guide very well and believe me that the food they recommend is very delicious.

It took several days to get a true WARM SHOWER, despite several complaints. We got a bit more results when we called our local travel agent who contacted the hotel. Finally, I was the one who discovered that the hot water valve was mostly shut off. In spite of the correction, the water temp was tepid at best.
When I read about concierge help on line I was vey impressed, only to be extremely disappointed when we arrived. When I asked for help, I got blank stare. When I asked for directions, she VERY SLOWLY took me to the door man who offered assistance.
The room was comfortable and has enough space. The Hard Rock is just around the corner. I would try going there before coming back

We stayed at the hotel in December 2019 And overall it was a pretty good experience however when we checked in we found out that the bathroom door was broken and the fridge was missing. we ended up changing the room. I wasn’t too impressed with the condition of the shower but the rest of the room was pretty nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but on checking out we were told that we needed to pay for something that was consumed from the fridge even though we did not take anything from it. The location of the hotel is very convenient and we had a pretty good sleep since we were staying on the 18th floor so the noise from the street did not bother us. The buffet breakfast at the hotel is excellent.

I have stayed here for the last 4 days and the stay has been AMAZING. The room is always kept extremely clean. Yerica Ferrer who cleans and maintains everything for my room has been nothing but the best. Always checking on me, and anything I need. Yerica Ferrer is hard working and dedicatted to making sure the clients are satisfied.
The breakfast has been very tasty. Fresh fruit, fresh juice and hot foods as well.
