We traveled to Annapolis for the first time for SMU/Navy football game. Found Gibson's on Trip Advisor with great reviews. It did not disappoint. Sits right next to Navy's campus and downtown Annapolis. Easy access to shopping and restaurants. The hostess was great, friendly and allowed us an early check in. Rooms were classic last century with modern comforts.
Breakfast was nothing special, but easy to sit and talk with other patrons. Would definitely stay here again.

Gibson's Lodgings is in the heart of Annapolis convenient to all the sights and main attractions. It has onsite parking easing the concerns about being in the heart of Annapolis. The room was large and spacious and we especially enjoyed the breakfast while conversing with the many interesting guest at the B&B. The staff was very helpful and provided good recommendations for restaurants and main sights. It is literally next to the Naval Academy Gate.

Room Tip: The Lodging's has three separate buildings so inquire about variety of rooms.

Gibson's Lodge is next to the Naval Academy and within easy walking distance to everything you might want to see in Annapolis. In addition, it offers free parking, which is a huge plus in the downtown area. The rooms are not luxurious, but it is an historic building. The free breakfast was also good. This is not a fancy, modern hotel, but rather an historic B&B. It is perfect for seeing Annapolis.

Room Tip: All of the rooms are basically the same.

Stayed at Gibson's Lodgings for a few days with a group of friends. Very enjoyable stay. Rooms were clean, nicely decorated and fresh. There was a nice parlor area where folks could gather as well as patios and balconies with seating. Nice continental breakfast was provided. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location with ample off street parking. Centrally located in downtown Annapolis in walking distance to shops, restaurants and the naval academy. Would definitely go back. Next time I would opt for a larger king room.

Room Tip: Would get a larger king room

Walking distance to everything and lovely historic cluster of 3 homes. Off street parking. Great location next to the Naval Academy. Lots of outdoor spots to have your coffee. Adorable seasonal decor. Comfortable room, nice bed, soft sheets. Quiet. Dog friendly, but I never heard or smelled any dogs.

Breakfast was fresh fruit and coffee, pastries, a waffle station, hard boiled eggs, cereal.
All of this was a good start to the day, but we were looking for a little more flair so we opted to go to Iron Rooster for brunch - excellent.

Very pleased - we would stay there again.
