Hilli restaurant is reputed to be the best on Norfolk Island. I haven’t been to them all, but I think that this reputation is probably well deserved. We liked it so much that we dined there twice, having different dishes each time.
We especially liked the salt and pepper calimari and salad entree, plus the beef and lamb main courses with delicious French style jus. The desserts and cocktails were also good.
The wine list was a bit limited because of the island situation, but was OK. Service was timely and efficient. Ambience was pleasant.
