This Hotel easily earned a 5-star rating. It is a boutique style hotel (some may consider it a B&B) with about 5 rooms. During your stay you will get the pleasure of meeting the people that make this hotel so special. My wife and I stayed in the suite, which was worth every bit the additional price. Waking up every morning to view of Volcan de Agua was breathtaking. The proximity to the main square is but a 10 minute walk. This is especially nice since you want to be a block or two removed from the slightly busier areas. Wi-Fi was strong and reliable which is great to research things to do (hiking volcanos, trying coffee, the only vineyard in Guatemala is about an hour away). Breakfast was included and an important factor in starting our day with freshly cut fruit, eggs and coffee. Lastly, for those of you that do not speak Spanish, we had no trouble communicating at the hotel, albeit I made some attempt to to brush up on some Spanish. Oh! almost forgot to mention, the bride-to-be was in need of a place to get ready the day of the wedding! Beatriz and Karla were very accommodating to our last minute need to use our suite as a place to get ready. Thank you!
Summary: Relaxing, safe, quiet stay in an a beautiful hotel.More
