I paid more specifically to have a superior room with an ocean view. From the photo you can see that most of the view is not of the sea. All other hotels would class this as a partial view. Reception laughed at me saying it was a sea view as it can be seen from the balcony and nothing they would do. No effort to help me or to fix it. I was wrong in their opinion. They offered me one free meal which I refused as the room upgrade cost me several hundred pounds and I wanted that refunded at least, but again, they said nothing they can do. No hotel gold perks - not even the wine. I reported this on day of check in and this was not fixed. Certainly no upgrade and no feedback either from hotels.com Hotel advised me that a cab from the airport would be approximately 60 euros each way and they offered me a hotel pick up for 65. I took uber both ways and was only 25 euros one way and 28 back. On check in there was no info provided on the hotel services except for breakfast. Hotel gym is good and both pools are nice but are quite small for size of hotel. Breakfast is average but has a good selection and has a nice outdoor seating area. Take note that all the restaurants I tried in the town did not take any card payments, cash only. My stay was ruined because I did not get what I paid for or recieve my perks. Disapponting.More
