Honestly this trip was completely ruined by a few things.
Number 1 - first day I had breakfast there were maggots in it. We told them we didn’t feel comfortable eating there anymore and they refused to refund us our money for the breakfast. They didn’t take it seriously, they didn’t care at all, they said ‘sorry hope you can enjoy breakfast tomorrow…’ that food had been obviously left there for ages. Long enough for a maggots to live there.
Number 2 - the amphoras garden hotel is seperate from the main hotel. So you will have to walk through LOADS of doors and go through a service lift to get to the spa and then a further lift to get to reception. With a child that is just rubbish.
Number 3 - the bartenders literally do not know how to make drinks. They couldn’t make espresso martini, Irish coffee or any coffees really (all were in the menu) this happened every day we asked for a coffee. One of them asked me to google how to make it, they are like £6 per coffee and I have to google it?
The spa was the only decent thing about this place and they are run by a seperate place. The masseus was 5*More
