We came here for our bi-annual girls trip and we had a great time. Spa area is very nice and we relaxed to the fullest and utilizes the gym, pool and the saunas which were all included in the price. The most important, the staff was very friendly all around, especially the operations manager Birol, who came to talk to us and ask for our opinion about the stay. We'll be sure to come back to Raddison when in Split again.More

Everyone was caring about our needs to ensure that we were enjoying our stay.
The rooms were spacious and perfectly clean with comfortable beds. We had large and nice designed rooms with a great terrace overlooking the sea in the new block of the hotel.

Great hotel and friendly staff. Breakfast was really good and I like the most that the hotel has gluten free corner. Spa is also great. Bar and reastaurant have the most beaufitull view. Room was really big, cleaned well and with perfect view. We enjoyed our stay so much.

the worst hotel, they are not profissional , when we did the check out they forgot our lunch box although we requested it the day before , the take money we didn't know for what from our debit card. the receptionist didn't take a deposit but take all money and when we were leave they want to pay us from 31.12 until 4.1.23 although we paid all the nights already

For a brand with such a reputation absolutely unworthy. 1. Architecture: cheap concrete block like all too many building along the Mediterranean coast, the so called "Restaurant" (Fig Leaf) is a fig leaf at best. Appearance and noise of a labour kitchen of a huge industrial company - breakfast offer is of good average; staff is friendly but incredibly slow in solving even the simplest issues (serving of a kid's meal, a baby bed for the room). The environment of the hotel is simply disgusting. At three sites you watch concrete buildings and building sites, the fourth is a little bit of sea but a lot of concrete in sight as well. Prices in the bar and restaurant are outrageous - but that is the common situation everywhere in Split. Gym is okay but not Radisson level. The overall impression is that of a at best mediocre beach hotel aiming on extracting as much as money in a shortest possible time from the mostly Balkan haute volaute (or whatever it thinks it is) while offering substandard services in return. Clearly "no go" for us.

I stayed in the hotel for 10 days. Everything was great, the room was clean and very comfortable with a gorgeous ocean view. The food was excellent, different courses every day and everything was delicious. The chef came out to greet us every day which was very nice. The staff was in general excellent, friendly and accommodating.
I recommend this hotel 100%.
