The place is in an excellent location right in the city center and a short walk from the important places. The atmosphere in the location is amazing. And the most important thing is the staff of the place that provides service at the highest and most family level. The attitude of the employees adds the most to the place.More

Excellent from the beginning. The staff were helpful and considerate throughout and always endeavoured to help my friend and I at all times during our stay in split. Rated four stars but more like two. Convenient location near the ferry port and train station.
Right beside the train station though so noisy.
It’s like an airbnb business with some apartments near a central reception with a small space for breakfast.
Rooms haven’t been decorated since the 90s I’d guess and our bathroom is weird, with the neighbours having a good view of the toilet, even when the I’ll fitting blind is pulled. You don’t even fit on the loo because of the positioning of it. There is a kettle but the only coffee that is provided is the rancid 3-in-1 sugar cream mix from Lidl that tastes like a child’s drink. The towels are threadbare, the ac noisy and the tv just buffers.
Croatia is expensive but this just isn’t worth the money and seriously overrated.

Authentic luxury unit we stayed in is actually a small stone building with two rooms, one on each floor, and a breakfast and reception area next to it. It’s in the heart of the old city center - just a five minute walk to get to the Split Riva. The rooms are rather large with comfortable beds and very inviting interior design - with exposed stone walls and period firniture. We visited in January and it was pretty cold outside, but the rooms pleasantly warm with good heating (which is not always the case in Dalmatia). The highlight of the room was a spacious massage bathtub which was a great way to relax and warm up after a long day. There is also a parking spot reserved for the guests right in front of the breakfast area, which is charged extra but is definitily worth it.
The staff was exceptionally helpful and kind and they made sure we had everything we needed during our stay and even let us use the parking spot for hours after we checked out.
I deffinitely reccommend it to everyone traveling to Split!
