Hotel Kolovare is a very beautiful and clean hotel. It is in sober Color of grey and white. Unfortunately there are no tea or coffee maker in the room. Rooms are medium in size and very comfortable. Staff is polite and most of the people understand English.

Room Tip: Upper floors have better view.

Just had a 3 night stay in this very good hotel. Staff were helpful, rooms modern and spacious and food above average. On our second night, the hotel offered our group a buffet dinner and the choice was excellent. The breakfast choice was better than some of the higher rated hotels in the UK and the dishes were kept hot, and fully replenished. Our one bugbear, was the oppressive heat in the bedrooms. Unfortunately, the air con isn't switched on until later in the season, and the only alternative was to keep the balcony door open. Resulting in being bitten by mosquitos. However, I would still recommend this hotel to other travellers.

Hotel Kolovare is nice hotel close to center or Old City. Many attractions are in walking distance from hotel : Old City, St. Anastasia's Cathedral, The Sea Organ, The Greeting to the Sun, Forum etc. Rooms are spacious with nice balcony. Food is ok.
If you in Zadar I recomended this hotel.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for two nights - Friday and Saturday. Hotel was very crowded and loud. I think they had a few tour buses. The room was on the first floor facing the pool and right above the restaurant. The air conditioner wasn't available and it was very hot in the room. We opened the balcony but it was noisy from the outside. On the second night there was a big party with loud music until 2 o'clock in the morning. We didn't get any rest. Breakfast was included but it was very mediocre...Location was pretty good though - about 15 minutes walk to the Old Town. If I had to choose again I wouldn't pick this hotel.
