There must be better operators to book a trip to Mamula and the blue grotto. Boat tour is exaggerated as there is little 'tour' involved. No information is provided, just a drop-off. After the grotto we were taken to a beach to relax. While booking, we were informed that this would take 3 hours, but when we were dropped off we were asked to return to the boat in 4.5 hours. Although a drink and snack were promised when we booked, we didn't see any of that. Also, parts of the boat were freshly painted, resulting in red paint stains in our clothing. Our advice: visit Mamula (impressive) and the blue grotto (pretty nice), but avoid a long stay on the small beach (nothing special) and find a better operator than Pajo to get you there. Shouldn't be hard to find one.

We just had an amazingly beautiful day today. 33 children 4 teacher and 4 mothers organized tour from Herceg Novi to Perast islands and from there to Porto Montenegro Tivat , then between the Flowers' Island and st. Marko Island back to Herceg Novi following Luštica side. It was a tour from 9am to 3pm children just loved it! Pajo sailing ship is for 72 persons, equiped with toilette , we were hosted with food, drinks, fruits, sweets and Captain and his assistant are lovely experienced people.
Cordially recommended Boka bay tour

We booked a tour to the blue cave should have taken 3 hours and get back to the main land, but we were taken of the bout and left for 3.30 h on a very unimpressive beach with no running showers. The boat was called "Pajo"

Did the Our Lady of the Rock - Kotor City - Swimming Stop - Perast Town trip with the Pajo boys. It's an eight-hour trip if you start from Herceg Novi and is well worth the 20EUR per adult pax. The boat is clean and in good condition and the crew is hospitable. The route passes along spectacular places and the stops are timed in a way that you don't get tired of just 'riding endlessly.' I'd say you have enough time to get a feel of the OLotR island and Kotor, and Perast. Naturally, exploring Kotor in detail requires a lot more than two hours; if that's what you want, than this boat trip is unlikely to satisfy that desire.
Just like the Pajo website says, food, drinks and fruits are served onboard. This said, you'll need water, snacks, sunscreens, swimming suit and towels for the trip.
Again, time well spent, value for the money, great crew and spectacular locations/views.

We booked the full day tour of Kotor Bay which was an incredibly reasonable 20 Euros per head. The tour started from Herceg Novi at 10am, returning at 6.30 in the evening. As our voyage got underway we were offered boiled sweets (we did wonder if that was the 'breakfast' we'd been promised) and then a shot of a very strong local drink - rather like grappa.Take your own drinks and snacks. The boat stops off at various places - the most notable being Our Lady of the Rocks and Kotor. We were given a light lunch (which we were not expecting) of bread, meats, cheese and tomato, which was very tasty and welcome, and we were also offered wine or soft drinks. I had been really looking forward to Perast, but unless I missed something It's very small and not terribly interesting. Kotor however was amazing but with only an hour and a half to explore we couldn't do it justice. We drove ourselves there the following day to do it properly.

This is a great way to spend a day on the water, and amazing value for money. I would recommend it anyone.
