For the price that I paid, the hotel is amazing. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the rooms clean. There are 2 bars to choose from (1 quiet and the other noisy), and food is available at a good price. The drink prices are not expensive, 20dt for a bottle of wine. The breakfast is limited, boiled eggs, meat, cheese, yogurts, bread, coffee, but for the price I cannot complain or expect more.

This hotel is suitable for those who want to go out and about. It is not suitable for families who want a resort holiday. The pool area is tiny, and the beech is a 10 minute walk away. There is no entertainment or kids clubs.

This hotel has a very personal feel to the hotel and I felt very comfortable and at home. Of all the budget hotels that I have stayed in in Tunisia, this is the best.

Clean large rooms, very basic and dated but for the price i can not complain.
The bar serves excellent food.
Staff fabulous in all parts of hotel.
Pool very small and needs a bit of work doing to it.
Breakfast was very basic but i enjoyed it, so no complaints with it.
The only down side to this hotel was, i was the only european there..seems more for tunisian guests, it wasnt a problem, just felt uncomfortable sunbathing so tended to stay on my balcony.

So all in all pleasant little hotel, nice bar food and lovely staff, just dont expect thr hilton..its cheap and cheerful

I have stayed here many times, few european clients because of fact no charter flights, package tours, so those who know country come via tunis, by scheduled flights paying substantial fares, as only carrier have monopoly and charging lots. Few clients from Libya and Morocco, algeria. Front desk rather off hand , food booked as took child but given in snack bar little available from menu everything off piste, Breakfast basic they use packet juice, machine never cleaned turned off and on = filthy. Other hotels clean theirs daily and use fresh or carton juice Not given 9 evening/lunch meals arrived at before midnight left before 9am, Very poor do not take half board.

lot of locals use bar - men not just tourists can be noisy at weekends

Room Tip: clean, nice maid. Never enough towels sign to not take to beach of poor quality take my own for swimming. bought loo roll as theirs never enough. Rooms on roadside nice as sea view but traffic 24 hrs noisy main road into sousse from kantaoui. prefer rooms poolside, restaurant on 5th. lifts bit hit and miss. Regulars go here as convenient, pool small child's section filthy, no loo rolls light in toilets by pool or snack bar, men's toilet in bar filthy partner and child chose to return to room.

What can I say about this hotel me personally I love it you get what you pay for but what you pay for is good clean rooms lovely staff always a warm welcome only a couple of people if they could smile it would help breakfast is what it is just a continental breakfast just wish the bread was more fresh trying to get a room on the fifth floor near the restaurant and a lovely view if you look out over the road may I feel like I'm going home when I go back there

Room Tip: Anything above the fifth floor

I cannot rate this hotel high enough. It is a family run business and used by locals too. Says it all for me,when in Rome find out where they eat and drink!
It doesn't cost a fortune and there is no bells and ribbons.
It is clean, comfortable and welcoming to all.
Your bed is clean the water is hot and the food is good.
All the staff are couteous and helpful.

Room Tip: My choice would be a room overlooking the pool, gets more sun on the balcony. Especially useful in Winter months.
