We've been to this sauna and had a great time. The sauna is recently renovated as we understood from a local. Fresh paint and new tiles.
The herbal steam sauna is hot. They serve herbal tea when cooling down and that for only 10000 KIP. Very recommended.
We didn't try the message.

Great to use a place that is genuinely sending profits back to the community. My wife is a bit of a massage connoisseur and she is still talking about how great her massage experience was here. It is a little way out of the main old town tourist area but a walkable distance and well worth making the effort.

We had a few busy days in Luang Prabang and a good massage would be very welkome. The choice is ever wo big but we decided to try the Red Cross. There was no waiting and the
Three of us could be helpend without waiting. The facilities are Basic but clean and a big towel is provided. per person. The. massage itself was fantastic, no commercial talks but to the point treatment, we did not only enjoy It but It gave us energy to be back in shape to continue our tour in Laos and Cambodja

Luang Prabang is a disappointment as far as massages go; inattentive, poorly trained teenagers in most places, and not worth the money or effort. The Red Cross was the best of the bunch tho. Pretty decent version of a Lao Massage (which is like a Thai massage minus the skill), followed by a very hot, steam herbal sauna, which at 10,000kip was the best part of the whole deal.

Young girl simply rubbed for 1 hour. Little massage involved as well as using her mobile phone throughout massage. I did not pay full price due to poor service.
