Worst Hilton hotel in Dubai
Zero customer services
Gave us room 3 hours after check in time.
Asked for a blanket 10 times , they never gave us.
Staff is not friendly and rude
And don’t care attitude.
They are getting business on the name of Hilton.

overall the room is large and nice but the water pressure in shower head was quite low.
Location, the nearest metro BURJUMAN is 1.5KM away and the nearest supermarket is 800M away. There's no conveneince store nearby. The nearest restaurant is also 800M away except for a very high class japanese restaurent next door.
If you come for congress, it's about 6KM to the trade center or 20 min during rush hours by taxi which seems fine.

good place if you arrive or leave country early/late. Rooms are clean and breakfast is good, Pool could be open longer at warmer period. Good connections to airport and back. Easy place to reach the metro.

We booked for 3 person but the room was only ready for 2 person. In about 10 minutes after arrive which was at 23:50 local time the staff came and madecthe bed for the thrird person. The breakfast was delicious, English style, with lot of fruit and vegetables and desserts. I really enjoyed the 3 nights with them
