I'm currently (by the time of writing) a guest in the Hotel and use the Sultan Lounge mostly for Dinner. The Lounge itself is beautifully designed and really catches the oriental feeling, which is present in most areas of the Hotel. During Dinner I was mostly served by Deeryha who does nothing less than an excellent job. He is simply great, a very friendly guy and I never experienced such an attendive server as he is. He takes such great care of you, remembers your habits and diatries. Words cannot describe how wonderful the whole team, but especially Deeryha, is and what a great job they do. They not only live up to the already high standards of the hotel, they exceed them. The Food is also absolutly fantastic. A great variety of choices and the desserts (especially the cakes) are phenomenal. I cannot wait to spend more time in this wonderful Restaurant. A must for every hotel guest. It‘s our third time here in this short time because Mr Deergha gave us an excellent service. He is very friendly and we will plan to visit this place again because of him. The shisha and food is outstanding also the view and place. It‘s a must place to come for a nice vibe! 10/10
