I’m giving 2 not 1 because I have had good history here. Super disappointed with the quality and taste of the steak (regular order) and couldn’t order cold meat cuts because they had lots of online orders!! So if you are actually in the restaurant you need to wait 40 min vs those ordering from home! Experience today is super disappointing

Me and my bf visited branch on palm not the first time,and again to find the table we had to ask so many times waiters and manager, in the end manager sited us next to the kitchen(but we asked rabble outside) and the chef in this kitchen was preparing the food without gloves just with his hands he put pancakes on the plate. After that I saw table outside and we moved without any assistance, but waiters put other table for big family in 1 meter from our table, so there’s no any social distance and privacy. DISASTER SERVICE IN PALM JUMEIRAH BRANCH, and unprofessional manager who was arguing as well with us!

A very Good place and a speciality grocer, and serves food. Great variety of cheese available. And lots of olives. Caviar, coffee, oil and so on. Food and snacks available. A good breakfast menu. Snacks and burgers. Ample choice available. Good quality food and specialised grocery. Nice place to visit and have a meal.

Had customer meeting over lunch, unfortunately wasn't best experience, we have to wait for a while until someone attended our table to ask for order, half order arrived and other part after 15min, for me there is lack of communication between waters and kitchen;(
