Its an average hotel. Not worth its cost.
Very far from Metro station.
Location is only good if you want to roam in Meena Bazar area.
The toilets are old vintage and very small, although clean but doesnt look comfortable to use. The accessories are coming off due to long use.
The breakfast has a very limited menu.
The reception guys are very helpful and cooperative.

Room Tip: Only take a room which has a balcony and it is NOT towards road side, otherwise it gets pretty noisy.

Good location. Decent room's. WiFi does not work most of the time . Room service for morning Tea is served by sad and gloomy looking young waiter. Breakfast is just OK but can be avoided as lots of cheaper alternatives are available nearby.

The hotel's plumbing seems to be from 1856. We stayed on the 4th floor (408 room) and the shower didnot give proper water, it was either too hot or too cold. We have a 6 month old baby and it was difficult to give him a shower. So we requested the room service to provide with a bucket n mug.
When you discard water from the bath tub it comes straight from the other outlet in the bathroom - when complained the front desk asked us not to use the bath tub (we paid more than 1500 dhms and couldn't even use the tub)

The toilet flush is 1 of a kind. It must be from my great grand parents era. Once you flush it would take ages to fill and whe the flush tank is full then only one could flush otherwise there was no pressure. In short the bathroom/toilet was pathetic.

Room service was good. The staff are Co operative. The room is average.

Outside the room the automatic lights would never be ON when you pass by. Most of the time while unlocking our room we had to be in dark (Thank god to the automatic key otherwise it would had been very irritating to find the key hole in the dark)

Not recommending this hotel to anyone - especially if you have a family (it's very degrading to stay there) Also we have to pay extra taxes other than the online charges - which is around 100-150$ extra.
Only positive thing we get is 24 hrs free wifi.

This hotel was close to Al Ghubaiba metro/train station by taxi ( < Dhs 10).
Stayed one night due to unforeseen circumstances.
+ve = bedroom ok, spacious, wifi, hot water and breakfast
-ve = old bathroom, toilet seat stained, road side room lots of car noises and receptionist guy was not very welcoming/friendly

Room Tip: Not a room facing the road with a decent toilet/bathroom
