I would rather sleep on the streets of Dubai than ever stay in this hotel again.

In my entire life i have never stayed in a hotel as bad as this one. When we arrived at the hotel we encountered the first problems. The people working at the front desk were incredibly arrogant, rude and disrespectful. We had to leave our passports at the front desk and even after 45 minutes, when we were ready to leave the hotel and explore the neighborhood, they were still not ready scanning our passports. When we asked why they weren't ready they told us they were still busy scanning our passports (45 minutes for 12 passports?)We waited another 15 minutes while the personnel at the desk were laughing and obviously talking about us and having fun instead of scanning our passports. Another thing that annoyed us was the fact that the lady at the front desk was hardly wearing any clothes. Her outfit was highly inappropriate since she was only wearing a miniskirt, (bikini) top and a jacket. We suspected she just finished her nightshift at one of the clubs in the hotel. About that, there are at least 4 nightclubs situated at the first 3 floors of the hotel. At night, the front of the hotel, as well as the lobby are crowded with drunk and annoying people. The music is really loud, to the point that we could feel our beds shake at night.
Our room was situated on the 7th floor of the hotel. The room was incredibly old and horribly dirty. Our sheets and bed were covered with gross yellowish stains. There was also plastic foil underneath the carpet which made annoying noises at night. The bathroom was so dirty that we did not want to take the risk of getting some nasty infection so we decided not to take a shower (even if we had wanted to, we could not take a shower since there were no towels available and even after we asked they didn't bring any. Considering the quality of our room we think that our room was mainly used by the people that go to the nightclubs and want to continue "partying" upstairs. Because we just traveled 9 hrs from Masqat to Dubai we were very tired so we decided to sleep in the next day. But the next morning we got a call from the main desk around 7 am. They expected to see us all at breakfast between 7:20 and 7:40. We were completely shocked. I have never heard of a hotel where the staff decides what time their guests have breakfast and especially not at an early hour like that. We were very upset but since we were already awake we decided to go down to the restaurant. When we got to the lobby we found out that there was no assigned place to have breakfast and that we had to call roomservice to get our breakfast in our rooms. We payed about 20 dhs for the breakfast (not included) which consisted of a couple of pieces of toast, some chopped up sausages and (cold!!!) chickennuggets (?!). We decided to ask for our money back since the breakfast was completely inedible and totally overpriced. Luckily after some time of complaining we were reimbursed and we could leave the hotel and buy some nicer breakfast at a grocery store.

All things considered i would highly recommend everybody NOT to stay at this hotel unless you absolutely have no other option. If you do stay at the hotel or if you already booked, make sure not to pay for breakfast, but buy your own at a local grocery store. Also you might wanna bring your own sheets and towels since everything (that is provided) is dirty.

Positives:
- hotel is situated close (a 5 minute walk) to Al Rigga metro station which has a direct connection to the airport and downtown dubai)

Negatives:
- staff is incredibly unhelpful and rude
- rooms are in a bad state and very dirty
- no towels available
- no free wifi
- breakfast is inedible and completely overpriced

Conclusion: DO NOT STAY HERE!

It's an apartment. Big spacious but kinda old. I Feel like its not well maintained. We just stayed here for a night before leaving Dubai.. Too pricey! The comforter was really bad and dirty and the bed is not comfortable at all..breakfast served in room -boiled egg, wedges and bread- that's all!! Do not stay here unless if u have no choice!

What I like is the location of the hotel. In terms of rooms, spacious but infested with tiny cockroches and not well maintained as the locks were removing. The services were poor as we had to keep calling for toileteries and towels everyday. No free internet.

Room Tip: Fumigate against pests. Fix the locks. Change the TVs and improve service

The good stuff;
Cheap, 10 minute walk from metro station. 10 minute walk from buses to Muscat. Spacious apartments. Didn't see any roaches.

The bad stuff;
Several loud nightclubs in the hotel, everything in the rooms is dirty and/or broken. AC is extremely noisy. Water in the shower was yellow. Water was luke warm. Very expensive internet access through pre-paid wifi packages. No breakfast. Kitchen didn't have any plates, cups or anything else. There's a faint smell throughout the hotel, and lastly there are more prostitutes than guests in the building.

Room Tip: Find a different hotel, there are several good options nearby.

Everything about the hotel was terrible, the rooms are stinky and cockroaches all over the place. We booked our last night during our stay at this hotel and we regretted it. Its better to pay some more and stay in a much better hotel. The hotel is part of a residency and you can see people actually hanging their clothes out of the balcony. The room service is poor and the air conditioning has serious problems. Seriously, this hotel needs to be renovated and must be improved for guests to enjoy their stay. The rooms are very noisy and you cannot even sleep properly.

Room Tip: Avoid this hotel if you can, make this hotel your last resort while in Dubai.
