Great Hotel!

This hotel is very clean, quiet and the staff is wonderful. They have laundry facilities onsite, even though that is not listed on Hotels.com. I was very glad to see that as I didn’t want to have to go to a laundry mat. The hotel is very sanitary!!!

Clean, great bkfst, fab room

Loved the elaborate bkfst. From yogurt with granola to muffins and bagels, to amazing tex mex fixings, it was awesome.Nian the shuttle driver did what he could to help us get to the other 2 miles outside of the 3 mi he could take us. He told is where Uber should pickup. He was kind.

Nice place

Nice visit, everything was neat and clean and friendly. Breakfast could use more vegan options and generally higher quality. Otherwise everything was great. We really enjoyed hanging out in the lobby in the evenings.

Nice hotel

Appreciated the shuttle service to the University of Michigan hospital. The breakfast buffet was good, nice variety of food and beverage choices. The bed was very comfortable and the room clean. Window was a bit drafty but having two layers of curtains helped.

Money hungry

Traveled as a team. Player had an emergency accident the night prior to staying which caused the one family to cancel the hotel room because they couldn't travel. Our team still maintained the 15 room minimum to have our coaches room comped. Hyatt was unwilling to budge under the circumstances. They tried to blame this on the tournament and the contract they had with the tournament. I would not recommend selecting a Hyatt Hotel for tournament stays. Other than that, the hotel was nice and the breakfast was great for our team of kids.
