We've stayed here twice in the last couple months and love this simple, reasonably priced hotel. exercise equipment in the room, fresh water in the lobby at all hours, convenient snacks and beverages 24 hrs a day and very friendly staff make this hotel our favorite in Ann Arbor.More

The Room was spacious and clean. but there was lot of noise from the 94 freeway. It was late in the night so I didn't ask the staff for a change of room but I thin they would have obliged to change if I complained . The Breakfast and coffee next morning was really good, southwestern omelette was great!

I was displaced from my home because of weather and power outage. During the holidays not ideal . The friendly and helpful staff really made my stay even better. Everyone I encountered…Jalen, Roshayla, Meg ,Ben and housekeeping and restaurant people were all great! Thank you so much. Very clean comfortable hotel.

Super nice spot with great gym and pool (excellent hours). Was very impressed with the room and the modern amenities. We also liked location very close to the shopping mall. Thanks very much for the nice stay and happy to return here next time in Ann Arbor.

I would definitely stay at one of these for work travel. It was fine for couples but for work travelers who want healthier options and to not have to haul workout equipment or yoga mats along it's perfect and also has all the usual conveniences of a Holiday Inn Express (smart / USB hookups and all that). I'd definitely go again. It's not fancy but super convenient and modern. The service was also great at this one.

I have stayed at most of the hotels in Ann Arbor. The Even hotel has become my "go to." The decor feels fresh and clean. Beds are very comfortable. Staff is professional and friendly. The exercise equipment in room coupled with the choice of instructional videos is brilliant.
