This hotel is just average. Weather was hot and air conditioning could not be adjusted to cooler. Bathroom was very dated and towels were old and worn out. Renovations going on and was quite smelly with many Chinese tourist guests smoking at the swimming pool.

This hotel was included in an arrangement for a trip from Bangkok to the Angkor Wat temples. Have to say it didn't deceive us at all. It's situated very central in a quite busy surrounding but we didn't hear much of it in the standard room we got. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel & hotelroom was found very clean.

My g/f found out she forgot her mobile in the room after checking out, so we went back to look for it. At the same time someone of the staff came running to us with the phone in his hand. So truly honest! He might as well not tell anybody and put it in his pocket!

Would recommend this hotel to others.

Ps: time of visit is wrong... my post mentions feb 2016 but should be nov 2015

Have a nice trip!

Stayed this hotel as arranged by a travel agency The room is clean but location is bit far from the Pub Street (you need to pay 6USD for a round trip to the Pub Street by local TUTU). The surrounding is a bit shady. Better to find a place close to where restaurants and bars are next visit.

I have rated very good but not excellent because (1) it did not have wifi in the room as promised, (2) the air-con was noisy, (3) only 2 out of the 4 power supplies were working and (4) there was a cockroach in our bathroom on the last night. Given the environment of the country, I won't rate it lower than very good. Other than that, breakfast was good, room was well cleaned every day and staff were very friendly.

Smiling hotel was a comfortable clean and attractive place. However renovation was going on and water from the pool made our area bit slippery.( We were on the first floor) But service was excellent and the hospitality made up for this.
Our guide Chei was a knowledgeable and friendly man and he ensured the success of this trip. The icing of course was Angkor Wat. Cambodia is really worth a visit.
