This was the first time for me and my wife to visit Cambodia, and stayed for 3 nights. I travel around the world a lots but I have never experienced any other hotel who provides such a warm and friendly hospitality.
When they picked us up the airport, the drive gave us cold towels and bottles of ice cold water.
During check-in, they gave us sparkling wine as welcome drink.

They provide portable WIFI all through the stay, it give lightening fast internet connection within Siem Reap.

The whole hotel is very clean, well maintained and excellent taste of design.
Garden and ponds are very well maintained and you will forget that you are in Cambodia.

Kroya restaurant tastes excellent and the prices are reasonable.

All the staffs are very friendly(they never ever forget to smile!), they always care about you and you will feel like someone very special.
Every time you come back to the hotel, the provide cold towel and bottles of ice cold water.

On the day of check out, my flight departures at 18PM and had a lots of time to spend. The manager was very kind and he lets us use the room until whenever we need to leave the hotel with free of charge! Also, I asked the manager where he recommends to go for shopping, and he gave us ideas of where to go and he even took his own time to draw a map for us.

We really loved this hotel and never wanted to leave.
I will definitely come back to Siem Reap to just stay at Shinta Mani hotel.

We spent a very special three days here recently and I highly recommend you do the same! The hotel is gorgeous, the rooms so smartly decorated and the service impeccable. Everyone that works here is so eager to help. The bar also has an amazing cocktail program and a great happy hour!! I would definitely stay at shinta mani on my next visit to this beautiful country.

We decided to add 3 days in Cambodia onto our Vietnam trip which turned out to be a very wise move. An even wiser move was taking our travel agents advice and staying at Shinta Mani Angkor. The location is an easy 10 minute stroll or a $2US tutu ride to the main town of Siem Reap, at the same time it is far enough away from the noise of the town to be very quiet at night.

The ambience of Shinta Mani including our
room was overall very stylish. Our room had a very comfortable bed, a coffee machine, fresh fruit daily, a huge shower, beautiful mood lighting, a great range of English speaking channels on the TV and a nice view of the pool area from the balcony.

The buffet breakfast which was included had an excellent range of western and Asian dishes and fruits, or you can choose from the ala cart breakfast menu, also included.

Regarding the staff at Shinta Mani Angkor, from the manager down the staff are both a credit to the company they work for and themselves. Nothing was too much trouble, not to mention the glass of bubbles upon your arrival (an Australian Rose Moscato), the ice water offered to us whilst we were in the pool and the staff in general who always have a smile and friendly hello. I would also like to single out the manager Sophear Mot who allowed us to check out at 4pm, yes 4pm because of our late afternoon flight. This was a huge benefit because it allowed us to take a last casual stroll around town and then return to the room for a shower before the transfer to the airport.

In closing I would like to add that Shinta Mani Angkor is only a short drive to all the Angkor Temples. A sunrise at Angkor Wat is a must see as are Angkor Thom and the temple that Tomb Raider was filmed at, Ta Prohm. They can be all seen in 1 day with the early start (5am pick up). Shinta Mani staff even organised our takeaway breakfast for after the sunrise. The day tour was organised with our driver who picked us up from the airport. The cost was $85 which included an air conditioned vehicle, driver and guide. The drivers name was Hoy Hoy.

All in all an outstanding 3 days in Cambodia and Shinta Mani Angkor.
