Very nice and peaceful hotel with clean roooms and a nice swimming pool (great cocktails too:) Staff is extremely friendly and helpful.Service is very good. Location is also good. It's a great place where one can fully relax. I would love to come back!

This hotel was wonderful! The staff is very concerned with your comfort and was so helpful in helping us get around and making sure we had the information we needed. Breakfast buffets were so tasty and the pool was a welcome place after touring Angkor Wat! Even better, they had happy hour!

I stayed here for one night with a friend and we couldn't have been happier with our service. The room was very comfortable, and the sweet touch of a welcome message laid out on our bed really set a nice tone. The murals on the wall made the room just a little bit special. The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful, and made sure we were always happy. Two highlights. Firstly, the hotel provided a tuk tuk driver Seyha, who was so kind and interesting and made our time in Siem Reap so enjoyable. Secondly, the hotel made a room available to us the afternoon after we had already checked out to shower and freshen up before our flight. A very surprising extra luxury!

We stayed for four days with our three kids at the Blanc d'Angkor. The hotel is somewhat out of the centre (free pick-up - tuktuk to town $3), so it is very quiet. The staff was very helpful and friendly... almost too friendly ;-).
We had a family room (109) which was very spacious and clean with a fantastic rain shower with good pressure and hot water. Beds are soft, silent aircon and a mini bar/fridge is available. The swimming pool is so refreshing after a long hot day visiting the temples. There are fresh towels at the pool and every night they come to change the bathroom towels if you want to. Included breakfast is great with croissants, fresh fruit, toast, omelette and more. Food in the restaurant was very good but a little too expensive for our budget as we are long time travelers. If you are lucky, as we were, you can find a really good deal which makes the price/quality ratio the best we had on our 5 month trip. We decided to come back to this place after three nights in another hotel. Highly recommended!

We stayed 6 nights in this wonderful hotel. This quiet place not far from the busy center was almost perfect.
Staff is very kind and helpful and even more (read below).
The room was very spacious, offered all amenities of a real 4 star hotel. The room was very quiet and clean.
Front desk staff was very kind helpful. They negotiated all our tuk-tuk trips with the drivers and made sure that we only paid correct fares.
What made this staff outstanding: I had made a reservation error and one night at the end was missing. They reviewed and reorganized their whole bookings for we could stay one night more. They also offered us our room as day-room for free on our day of departure. We left the hotel at 8 p.m. !
We didn't swim in the pool, but it looked inviting and clean.
The only negative point had sometimes been the smell of the open (waste) water canal on the roadside. The foul odor came in during breakfast on the stylish veranda.
Convenience stores and laundry are just around the corner
We sincerely can recommend this hotel.

This smell it happen some time in the evening but it is not happen everyday and every time and we are very appreciate for the feedback about this.
