A wonderful stay!

We originally booked this hotel for 3 nights but last minute decided to stay 4 and we are so glad we did. The staff from day one could not have been more friendly! They always had smiles on their faces and were always willing to help with any queries we had. We were picked up by one of their tuk tuk drivers Chatha and we then used him to take us round the temples for 2 days. He was also lovely and very helpful and even gave us a guide book about the temples too. Our room was very spacious and always really clean. We enjoyed breakfast provided every day and on our last day enjoyed the use of the pool :) Would definitely recommend this hotel and thank you to all who made our stay wonderful! Alice and Joe

Amazing

Staff: irst and foremost a huge thank you to all of the staff there. Kim and his team were so welcoming, professional and kind. I've never received such great service from hotel staff. They treated everyone equally well and went above and beyond. They even walked me across the street to make sure I got there safely. They greated us each morning.

Location: good spot close to the temples and not far from pub street. It was a $2 tuktuk ride from the hotel. The hotel does offer free rides to pub street from 5-7pm.

Rooms: spacious, very clean and ac was very good. Laundry service was good. They took our clothes in the morning and we would have it by 8pm the same day.

The small breakfast was great. Good noodle soup for breakfast.

Will return

We stayed 4 nights at the hotel, we had a excellent stay. The breakfast had a good variety, the only thing was there wasn't any cereal on offer. The staff were fantastic they were very attentive to your requests. The hotel is only a small hotel with all the facilities you need. We had a massage at the hotel which was part of our package, it was excellent just what you needed after a day of touring the temples. The food at the restaurant was good and reasonably priced, we had a meal on the night we arrived as well as a room service meal.

Room tip: Some of the rooms don't really have windows which provide outside light, so if this a problem I suggest you ask for a room with a window which does have outside light.

A real find

What a wonderful small hotel! Excellent location for the airport (free tuk tok transfers) and town, comfortable rooms, stylish decor, classy pool, great restaurant and truly exceptional service (free checkout at 5 PM) This is definitely the go to boutique hotel for Angkor Wat.

Room tip: Ground floor rooms have a terrace

Wonderful and very safe

It was such a pleasure for our family to stay at this boutique hotel. the staff were so wonderful and so kind. The rooms were spacious and very clean and it was quiet when we were there. The pool was a wonderful way to end a day of walking around all of the temples. The staff help us to organize a tour of the temples with a driver for 3 days. This worked out really well and we did not feel rushed or pressured at any time. The breakfast that was provided was always fresh and plentiful . We chose to mainly go out to eat in the main eating area of Siem Reip but we also had some lovely meals at La Residence Blanc DÁnkor. 'We were sad to leave as we established a great rapport with the staff and really enjoyed out time there.
