Very friendly hotel

We stayed at La Residence for two nights. The hotel is very nice, with a lovely garden and pool. The room was spacious, very clean and pleasant. The breakfast was all right, but the real asset of the hotel is its staff. Everybody is friendly, helpful and anxious to please us with every small detail. My husband wanted to bring home a beautiful plant and they provided a a cutting (unfortunately, the security at the airport didn't allow us to take it with us). I highly recommend this hotel!

The Tempels

We booked for four nights and on our arrival they were already very friendly. We got a room on the ground floor which is in general not our favorite to stay and so we could easily move to another room on the first floor. The service was amazing, I have never had such a great service. Sometimes they were not perfectly informed but they did their best to find the best way to help us. The place is 3km from the center and 4/5km from Ankor. Everything was clean, the pool area is very relaxing after a long temple day and the place is very calm in order to have a great sleep; ) thank you guys!

Very good

A very friendly supervisor / manager. A very polite staff. Excellent internet speed but only WiFi reception a lil poor. Excellent cleanliness of hotel room. Will definitely recommend to others.

Mr. Kim Heang, the manager for this hotel which is very polite and friendly.

Amazing value for your money

We stayed at the hotel for three nights and I only have compliments! The staff was more than helpful and knew our names; the room and bathroom are spacious and stylish, the pool is heaven after exploring Angkor Wat, and the breakfast is so delicious! All of this for such a reasonable price!

Very good

A very good hôtel in Siem reap, the staff are very friendly.
The breakfast is very good and they purpose a lot of things.
The pool and the garden are very well maintained.
I recommand for a trip At angkor.
And if You Want a good tuktuk driver take mr thouey 05
